Stina Rydergård has spent most of her working life working with accounting, salary, and personnel matters mainly within Life Science and Biotech companies. In the last 12 years, she worked as a finance manager with HR responsibility at a smaller company that is part of a larger American group. Stina has a genuine interest and great curiosity in meeting people and building trusting relationships via a coaching and empathetic approach.
